We put the menu together with you according to the type of event, the number of guests and the time; we do not impose a fixed banquet menu. On summer evenings the long table is set under the vine arbour. On cool days the glass-roofed section is preferred, and in winter the indoor lounge with stone and brick walls and a wooden ceiling. From a small family table to event tables in the 10–40 guest range, we settle the layout together based on your list.

A two- to three-hour table set in the evening usually follows this order. For celebrations such as anniversaries, table decoration and a cake moment can be added to the flow.
